HOLYLAND Civilians accepts returns within 14 days from the arrival of your package. You must return the HOLYLAND Civilians items to the HOLYLAND Civilians online store's return address, as listed below.
Please note that when you return a HOLYLAND Civilians item, it should not have been worn, used or washed. Items must be returned in their original packaging fully intact, and with the original labels and tags attached to each item. Any returned item which fails to meet this criteria may not be refunded.
